Posted a Comment: Mar 30th, 2011 "Hey I'm not actually going to downvote, but I think if you really DID want to run with this build you should probably max your Q first. It has a 1:1 ratio with AD and resets your swing timer, therefore you should max it first to get the CD to the lowest possible. I don't know if this is a troll buil"
