Twitch isn't 6300. he's 3150 but IMO he's much harder to learn. Simply because you have one skill that "doesn't do anything" and all of his skills scale off how much you've hit the enemy. Kog'Maw is more "suicide runs or play safe". It's all about how much effort you want to put in. Personally, I'd go for Twitch, simply because he's far easier to make people rage with. Once you get good anyway. Kog'Maw is better for "scrub week" when nobody can seem to play. It's all up to you in the end.
EDIT: Never mind. Twitch is 6300... He was 3150 when I bought him... I think...

Um... is that serious Adonikam?
Kog is the champion form of Madred's Bloodrazor and Twitch is awesome if you learn to play him right. Both are great, fun champions.
I have yet to see a good Kog. Twitch is good when fed.
Australians, the best gamers in the world combined with the worst ping.
Both aren't very good in the current meta-game though.

I used to play a good Kog'. Of course, that was back when I started and everyone said he was OP just because I was good at skill shots.

I've played Kog'maw all the time when he was on free rotation, I went ap and I LOVED how his ultimate is sniper-esque. It was just a blast having to be at the back of the group, just firing it off dealing massive amounts of damage. He also looks so cute and awesome :D
But Twitch has been on this weeks free rotation, and I've been playing him and having a blast. He's an assassin/sneaky stealth hero, his passive, W, and E work a lot like Kennen's skill set(which I love). He takes really good positioning, coordination and teamwork to excel, and he seems really hard to master, which really wants me to get him even more. I really love having a challenge.
I've played them a lot, and have had equal amounts fun playing with both of them. I'm just not sure which I should spend 6300ip on, Kog'maw or Twitch. Can I get anyone's opinions?
