Kog'maw or Twitch?

Simply because you have one skill that "doesn't do anything" and all of his skills scale off how much you've hit the enemy. Kog'Maw is more "suicide runs or play safe". It's all about how much effort you want to put in. Personally, I'd go for Twitch, simply because he's far easier to make people rage with. Once you get good anyway.
