First, I cringe when people say that Riot has nerfed Twitch hard. He's still a very strong champion, and he isn't completely easymode now. With the changes, it seperates the good twitch players from the scrubs.

I prefer Kog. He's more fun imo because he has skillshots you can kill fleeing enemies with, and can do incredible dps if build attackspeed. It's also nice to counter high health champs, which is good because tanky dps are popular right now.
