Posted a Comment: Aug 26th, 2015 "also something ive found that works for me: if you use spellvamp runes you can make up for some of his weaknesses. you can also work in a 21/0/9 mastery build to get an extra point into spellvamp for a total of 7% (since you dont need runic blessing for blue buffs.) 1 early q with the 6-7% spellvamp"

By the time you have completed the ult though, its off cd meaning that when you go for the q after ult it procs again from that q, meaning that every ult actually gives you 2 p"
