It depends how you build her. AP poppy is near broken is 3v3 while AD poppy sucks. In a 5v5, AP poppy isn't great while AD poppy is better.
But that's just the opinion of a guy who mostly plays 3v3."

"I never played Fiora personally, but according to a few frineds of mine who plays her, Last Whisper is a must on her, so AD quints or move speed quint are better (both of them run move seed quint with Fiora)"

"Tiamat is just insane on Twitch. His ult proc Tiamat. I got an IRL friend who main twitch. Het gets 2 tiamats and usually go crit afterward. He scored 4 or 5 pentakill with that build, me being a witness for most of them"
