No seriously, stupid patch IMO, except the buff on sivir. The main peoblem with jungler is that they usually don't gank when you really REALLY need one, so now, Riot make the respawn timer even lower for jungler creeps?

seriously, It's no secret how much Riot hate RNG, so they would create a new one? Seriously? They delete dodge from the game, to put a new version of dodge, wich is REALLY OP. In order word, Riot would kill, on purpose, EVERY single burst caster in the game? Like Leblanc, Annie"

"Your a couple of months late bro. AD Kassadin used to be awesome, when W gave you 50 armor pen. Sadly it got nerfed (or buffed?) to the current W.
ATM, you're better off with sorc shoes.
