Posted a Comment: Apr 13th, 2023 "Good question! No, not really, since you're building Phantom Dancer second for Q EVOLVE and E EVOLVE. NONE of the other Zeal items give you both evolves at 2nd item, which is why PD is the best option as of right this moment. I hope this helps!"
