"Good question! No, not really, since you're building Phantom Dancer second for Q EVOLVE and E EVOLVE. NONE of the other Zeal items give you both evolves at 2nd item, which is why PD is the best option as of right this moment. I hope this helps!"

"Uhm, it really depends on your team comp when building on Kai'Sa. Do you need ad or ap damage? Do you need survivability? These all play a factor into what build to go. For example, if your team has 4 ad champs, you should go an AP build. Hope this helps :)"
