Posted a Comment: Jul 19th, 2012 "The stealth detection radius should be a bit smaller, like auto-attack range or something. It's useless if you can't get one spell onto the enemy without being seen. But she was really relly weak until now. They ruined her stealth, that's for sure, but they buffed her damage and survivability a lot "

You normally build Wriggle's on bruisers or carries if you have got a hard time in lane to farm better and to have a free ward. A perfect example for a carry is Kog'Maw. He has a pretty low range without his W and therefore he can be harass"
