Souldrinker (Innate): Phasma claims the souls of his victims and keeps them for his own. He must use these souls to be able to cast his spells. He can carry a maximum of 10 souls at the time. |

Slumber / Nightmare (Q):Cost: 1 Soul
Slumber: If the selected target is awake; Phasma will bring them into a deep sleep. After this, Nightmare becomes castable for two seconds. If Slumber is cast on a minion, allied or enemy; its cool down is cut in half.
Cost: 2 Souls
Nightmare: If the selected target is asleep; Phasma will plant horrific nightmares into their mind. These nightmares cause the target to suffer damage each second for as long as they are asleep. If the target dies while afflicted by nightmares, a nearby enemy unit will be affected by both Slumber and Nightmare.

Lantern of Lamentation (E):Cost: 5 SoulsPhasma sends out an evil spirit from his lantern to each nearby enemy hero; dealing damage on impact. For the next five seconds, affected targets take more damage from all sources.

Judgement (R): Phasma blasts an enemy hero with dark energy, dealing high damage based on the amount of souls Phasma currently possesses. Also, the target is afflicted with a destiny bond. If Phasma dies while the bond is active, the target dies as well.

Deluge of Darkness (E):Cost: 5 SoulsPhasma engulfs a large area in front of it with utter darkness dealing high damage to any enemy caught in it as well silencing and blinding them for a duration.

Haunt (R):Cost: 10 SoulsPhasma selects his victim and after that the screen will go pitch black briefly for all enemies. After that, Phasma appears behind his target dealing high damage. If the target is asleep, Phasma feeds on their dreams and heals for a large portion of the damage dealt. Additionally, if it kills the target, Phasma can re-use Haunt another time for free.

i like it though, this sounds like someone i would NOT like to lane against as my poor fragile Ashe! Especially as he can target her instantly in a team fight and i presume it can't miss? :(

I dunno what you mean with the Slumber/Nightmare thing. The "Destiny Bond" was indeed derived from pokemon; though it has been removed.

Q: Slumber/Nightmare is way too close to
W: Sounds like Cutthroat, but with an AoE silence. The synergy with Q is interesting, but might cause balance issues where either you CC/damage for way too long or you HAVE to W if you want to make your Q worth it. Overall sounds like a good utility skill, but the silence would probably have to be relatively short (at least the AoE part of it) and the sleep duration would have to be very carefully tuned or changed into a different mechanic.
E: Theory sounds pretty decent and it seems to fit with the kit all right. The problem again is balancing it (seeing a recurring theme here?). Damage amplification on every opponent in a team fight is a monstrous advantage, though in a 1v1 it would be very mediocre. Either the 1v1 potential would be balanced and team fights would be OP or team fight potential would be balanced and 1v1 would suck. I don't think damage amplification is the way to go here, but the delivery method seems fine. Try to think of a different mechanic if you can.
R: Needs a new name, for one.
Note: If you take my advice, you'll probably need a new farming tool. Without your bouncing Q, none of your abilities are much use against minions. I'd recommend trying to work it into your E skill so you have Q for harass/CC, W for a gap closer, E for AoE/teamfights/farming and ult for whatever. Depends what you want to do with it. Backstory hasn't been finished yet; but you guys won't read it anyway xD. Phasma, The Soul Collector is a hero I've been working on for so long and I think I just got it. He is a mage with an extremely high skill cap but very interesting abilities.
