Not sure about the passive. If you were already in melee range for 3 attacks, why would you need range for the fourth? Maybe you could change it so that after a couple of seconds your next attack will be ranged.

Void Staff isn't half bad (amazingly). His W scales 1:1 with AP and his W and E both deal magic damage.
SV is OK
Chalice is OK
Metagolem works fine on him, but, it's more interesting to do other stuff =P

Different Balance for Different game modes?
What if there were seperate balance changed sor SR/ Dominion?
At this point seems like there would be more cons than pros, but what's your opinion?
