"Not really - you just have to click on Publish again and it should register as an update. As long as the guide's properly updated for the current patch, you're free to use the Publish button. You don't really have to make changes. 😁"

For example, your link (is an album. If you want to find the direct link of the image within the album, you have to right click on the image and click on "Cop"
