"The nice thing about League right now is that there is no bad champion, they're all playable. There's a few OP champions tho. So in the current state of the game I think it's normal that no-one is below tier 3."

"The tier list changes all the time according to votes. Champions do go up and down, although not much. As I see votes are also reset every month. The thing is, it's not that serious since a lot of people don't vote seriously (personally I try to)."
