But but...it makes sense. See, fizz, being a fish, is the only one who can slip between minions. If everyone could do that, would it mean that everyone becomes a fish?

"You need like 30+ stacks for dark harvest to do as much damage as electrocute. Not really worth it anymore, it got massively nerfed. Frankly dark harvest is really weak at the moment except on a few champions."

"Actually sona's passive description for example mentions that it's an AA reset. And generally the wiki tends to fill in the lacks in Riot's skill descriptions (which are often massive). But maybe the wiki just hasn't had the time to clarify this yet."

"I get it for sylas because he's the new champion and you can't get the experience needed to write a matchup section yet, but frankly the matchup section is one of the main thing I'm looking for in a guide (second is playstyle/jungle routes/etc). I can figure out runes/items on my own."

"IMO this tier list would be better if it were divided by role. It's a bit messy to put all the champions in the same basket, and it would be a better way to see what's meta and what isn't, e.g diana mid is decent right now but diana jungle is basically unplayable."

"Hey, where did you find that petricite burst is an autoattack reset? The wiki doesn't mention this nor does the skill description. In game the attack animation for Sylas' passive is indeed instant, but that doesn't mean that it reses the AA timer, could be like a zoe or vel'koz passive. "
