Eh, probably never. She has some supportive qualities, but a lot of her kit very much is targeted for ADC. There's not enough she has over other supports to justify it."

"I also believe that they made it so Muramana's active doesn't even work with the Culling, which would be one of the main attractions for buying that item. I mean, the Lightslinger passive is still there, but there's better items that can make use of the passive, and allow better DPS."
