Just one tip for Volatile Spiderling. If there are a lot of minions, you can send him "away" and when you change to Spider and use Venomous Bite, he will jump with you to your target.

Personally I am wondering about Spirit of the Spectral Wraith, I rather build Spirit of the Ancient Golem for Tenacity. I am not sure if Spell Vamp from Hextech Revolver is useful enough.
