Unless your team stomps the enemies down like it's the easiest thing ever, it's not that useful. And if your team does, the enemies are probably going to surrender anyways.

"I'd buy this if I have my full build. Also in ARAM games, where you have some money to spare.
I'd only buy it on mages though, and not very often before my core items."

I think you should add more situational items. I'd prefer starting out with boots rather than a faerie charm. Also, she seems a little weird, does she deal much damage at all? And do you think it's a good idea to use her as an ADC? "
