To make them stronger. Faster. More dangerous. Dangerous. Kimbel remembered his rival, probably working on the other side of the wall. Dangerous. He looked down at his wrinkled hands. Then at his needles and knives.It was all clear now. His rival who stole everything from him. He went to work immediatly. His hand was expendable. His arm. Needles and knives were so much better. So much more dangerous. He fixed a beautiful masterpeice on to his hand. A dangerous masterpeice. Kimbel walked outside. He walked to the door of the surgeon. His rival. But wait. His masterpeice needed testing. Needed test subjects. But where? Where? But of course. Where else, but The Feilds of Justice. He walked away, then looked back at the door of his enemy. And smiled. Type: Single Target (250 AoE) Manacost: 50/65/80/95/110 Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 [b]W:[/b] [color=#00ff00]Treatment[/color] [b]Treatment:[/b] Kimbel cures an ally, removing debuffs and healing for 70/90/110/130/150 (+50% of AP) Type: Single target/Self-cast (300 AoE) Manacost: 70/85/100/115/130 Cooldown: 17/16/15/14/13 [b]E:[/b] [color=#808080]Acupuncture[/color] Kimbel impales a nerve, stunning the enemy for 2 seconds and dealing 50/80/110/140/170 (+40% of AD) damage. Type: Single Target (200 AoE) Manacost: 75/85/95/105/115 Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 [b]R:[/b] [color=#ff0000]Sever[/color] Kimbel slices through an enemy, appearing behind him and dealing 275/375/475 (+50% of AD) damage to him and 100/200/300 (+50% of AD) to everyone around him in a 500 AoE. After using this ability, Kimbel gains a movement speed bonus.
