"On early levels it costs relatively much mana, and it usually pushes the lane. And the MR reduction is not that useful for most AD Carries, so that's why I don't take it earlier.

Honestly, I hadn't even considered Flask a good start simply because it seems so selfish for a support and you want to go back early to get Sightstone or something.
