If you are low on mana, use pot or buy Chalice.
If you are low on hp, use W on yourself.
If you are low on both, go base.
Biscuit is only 80hp/50mana anyways, tis not much."

"Well the point where /lvl are better than flat is lvl 9, and you get that rather quickly. Mostly the game lasts longer after lvl 9 than before lvl 9 :P
Though, I agree that against some champions you need flat MR, hence why I added them as alternative :)

"Alright, done updating the masteries (no one noticed I took Tough Skin :D), added better explanations to masteries, switched around Sightstone on the cheat sheets, and changed the explanation on Twin Shadows.
