"Well for AD Ez it's an obvious nerf, while for AP Ez it breaks even at:
280 + 0,6x = 250 + 0,8x
30 = 0,2x
x = 150
So yeah, early game slightly weaker but late game way stronger. As it should be, I guess ^^"
