Locket of the Iron Solari is a pretty bad item, Randuin's Omen is way better.
Sage is pretty bad as well, better take a point from Wealth as well and max out Awareness.

Not starting with Boots of Speed in mid is asking for trouble.
Don't you want to max Dark Wind first in lane to be bloody annoying (compare to Master Yi's Alpha Strike])?
You should improve Ignite and take Brute Force instead of ["
