"Rubbish, Havoc is bad. The only mastery even worse is Mental Force... leaving AP carries with Brute Force, Butcher and Demolitionist :x
easy math: when doing 1000 damage normally, you now deal 15 extra. Woo-hoo.
When taking 3% life steal, dealing 1000 damage, you regain 33 hp"
