You can join as long as you obey the rules and you have enough champions for draft mode. Sign up in the Inhouse subforums. There's currently one subforum for CC (constructive criticism) inhouses and one for JFF (just-for-fun) inhouses.

Well all I use is Xsplit which is free. If you want to check that out, all you need is a mic!
