"Greater Seal of Force and Havoc are pretty bad. I'd also recommend getting a Rod of Ages instead of a Rylai's Crystal Scepter and another item instead of Athene's Holy Grail and Chalice of Harmony, because Annie is hardly mana hungry. Deathfire Grasp would be my choic"
