"There are so many subpar decisions that I don't know where to start :o
1. There is no need to take CDR on runes.
2. Locket of the Iron Solari and Soul Shroud are both pretty bad items.
3. Exhaust is a pretty good choice.
4. Masteries in utility are off in general.
