"+ Good use of dividers
+ Covers the very basic things
- Strange runes, especially the Seals and Glyphs. I recommend flat Armor OR gp/10 Seals and MR/lvl Glyphs.
- Strange way of leveling your skills, either E or Q first but W certainly last. You should explain why you level it like this, anyways.

I have seen them hybrid, simply because AP Sion falls of late game and AD Sion is not great early game.
