Mana potion at the start is useful because usually first blue buff is not yours but for the jungler.
RoA still is unnecessary on Lux, I like Abyssal because it amplifies your damage and strengthens your defense.
21/0/9 masteries is something I yet have to try, thanks for reminding me "
