I think your guide can use some improvements:
- Use the tier 1 runes, they are cheaper.
- I don't know why you don't buy Leviathan, that is obviously the item to buy on Karthus.
- Why put points in Requiem? It's so useless, why waste points in it?

"You now have Zeal as finished item - I bet that should become a Phantom Dancer :) Also if the game keeps on lasting, you can sell Berserker's Greaves for another Phantom Dancer, as the movement speed remains pretty much the same while you gain crit chance and attack speed :)
