"Good point about Runic Affinity. Just today I was playing, and I was like: damn, I'm out of blue buff again? I'll change it.
Lux' cooldowns are a little too high to be a real carry, though she has gotten better at it with the 2 second cooldown reduction to Lucent Singularity in the previous p"
