I personally prefer to play with Teleport in mid and Clairvoyance in bot (along with Flash, obviously). In your summoner spells section you forgot to mention Clarity at the top.
Also I prefer to play glass cannon - so no Rod of Ages and absolutely not Rylai's Crysta"
