But actually, I am worst Zilean ever. I always planted bombs on wrong things, I rarely revived anyone, and I sped up my clone (by Yorick ult) while I could have saved Yorick XD"

"Perhaps you could take a look at every top guide per champion. Usually they include a list of what champions are easy to counter and which are not. If not, you could try to send a PM to the guide author and ask him/her to include it, or write it to you.
