"Imo no one should be able to vote until they have like 50 posts. Useless spammers can be banned, and I dont think many trolls will patiently comment on all sorts of threads until they hit 50 posts. Imo it solves the whole issue."

"Problem is that the regen from the Philo stone only just isn't enough.
In some cases, I guess I could upgrade it, but I really prefer a Moonflair Spellblade then... The 5gp/10 is just too awesome to let go.
