- Well over 40 % CDR, I recommend not buying Ionian Boots of Lucidity (Berserker's Greaves, Mercury's Treads, Sorcerer's Shoes and Boots of Swiftness are all better).
- Glyphs are not that good, I recommend to buy 6 % CDR and the rest"
