Hello everybody!
With S4 being just a few weeks away, it makes me wonder what can we expect from it, and I don't mean just the forthcoming stuff. Since I grew fond of this game lately, I gave it a thought and here is what I would like to see happening next:
No more new champions, please! Or at least not for now. There is already more than 100 of them and I believe, that except Koreans nobody really knows them all so well. And plenty of them are quite useless, if you ask me (or the community).
I wouldn't mind one or two new champions during the whole year, but I think it would be for the best, if Riot Games would rather take a look at all the useless champions and fix them, so they will be viable for ranked playing once again. So we will see some diversity in the matches, not only the same 10-15 heroes all around.
Yes, that's right. A brand new map. I don't care for what mode it will be - ARAM or Dominion, but with upcoming "All for One" mode, maybe it will be wise to creat a new map for this one. So you can play your 5x vs 5y matches not only in Howling Abyss, but someplace else as well. Classic mode has 2 maps now (SR + TT). Maybe it's time to brace up the other modes.
I still play the (ro)bot games. Either if I just want my 1st win of the day IP bonus, or when I'm learning new champion. But Intermediate bots have nothing to offer me. I already know the basics. And intermediate bots are still quite stupid - my favourite stupidity is to flee under their own turret when they get below 50% HP, then turning back and letting themselves to be killed close to my turret.
From hard bots I would expect to have a jungler (even a ****ty one, with random ganks would be better than none), not to do newbie mistakes, that they all take
Flash as their main summoner spell, and pick up something useful for their second (ignite, smite for jungler, barrier, exhaust). It can't be that hard to make them. And it will help other players as well, because when you switch from Intermediate bots to PvP... well... it's totally different game.
(And for the S5, there could be some "Insane" bots that would do start-game invades and such :P)
This would be something like that page in "Justice overeview", but about the reports you've sent. I would like to know, what happened to those I reported. Did they get warned, time banned or even deleted? Did I really help the community?
And of course, as you have this "Justice rating" to see how good at reviewing you are, there will be the same "Report rating" to see, if you are reporting the right people or if you should stop, otherwise you yourself will get punished for troll-reporting.
Well, this is something Riot can't do much about, but it'll be nice to see more mature players around. It really spoils the enjoyment of a win, if I learn, that we won just because the other team went into a toxic rage after the first team-fight, they've lost.
That's it. It would be really nice if Riot considered adding something of this into their "To-do list". Even though that's not gonna happen, I like to dream about this better future. :-D

After doing some research, the current PBE client displays the queues for 1 v 1s and 2 v 2s (http://imgur.com/UnCmuEa), but supposedly the queues aren't working yet.

It would be a nice plus if EUW wouldn't blow up twice every week as well...
All for one doesn't really require a new map. If it did, Riot would have to put too much work into it and bench it for some time. There is also the 1v1/2v2 map coming out quite soon, so making another map is nowhere to be near.
Harder bots sounds like a good idea in theory, but really, you can't make much harder bots without making them REALLY REALLY strong. They actually toned down the accuracy of Cassiopeia bot on PBE becuase she was far too strong the way she was.
I do definitely agree with you on your last two points though, the Report case would be swell in addition to seeing if you got in fact reported (just like the honor system right now).
SPortsmanship enforcement would require a real filter with Riot being able to read everything you write. If you don't mind them doing so, that's swell, but really, a whole ton of the lol community is kinda toxic. Punishing them would make the justice system just as flawed as the one we have right now in the USA.
Instead, we should look into educating players, and making them want to be friendly. This is really complicated though, and I myself don't know a good way to accomplish this.
Now, what I'd like to see is a better client, a different kind of champons with new ideas (for example using a whole new rescource system instead of mana, energy or nothing at all).
I'd love a better community, but to be honest, as I've stated above it won't be an easy thing to do, since it's a vicious cycle of hate breeding hate. New players experience a lot of hate, and whilst I won't say that it's only young people who cuss, they are a lot more impressionable and wil start taking up flaming as well.
Oh, and achievements would be swell.
Btw, I've been making references to W40k because I assume you understand them but if you don't, please tell me.
