"no, you do. i wasnt sure when i looked at it so i went in a game and it flat out says on the skill tooltip that you need to hit someone. its kinda handy to use as an evelyn detector when shes stealthed"

"the skarner q ability (crystal slash) has an incorrect description. the slowing effect only applies if u hit an enemy with it. if you dont hit anyone you dont get charged with crystal energy."
