Recently I've started leveling my smurf up and have noticed that there are other people that smurf that just abuse the hell out of the legit low level players, I try to help as much as I can but it just annoys me that there are people like that in the community, one time I had a yi on my team I called mid as viktor who I had never played before but it was a smurf so I'm like wth I'll give him a go this yi then just randomly says I'm mid and abuses me. I go top so I don't cause an argument and then because I was top and I was viktor I did terribly so yi just abuses the **** out of me for being bad. It makes me wonder if that is why there are so many trolls at level 30 or why the level 30 community is so quick to turn to abuse.
My smurf is for trying out new characters and getting mechanics better on characters I'm not that good at
Why I made smurf i'm not yet, so when I try a new champ I have 100% chance of sucking so I just wait till they go free week hope on my smurf then try em out 5 or 10 times before deciding to buy em on my my main.
I don't see a reason to intentionally play with low levels to tell them they're bad at the game, I mean, of course they are!
so I poop on some silver kids and get ma confidence back up huehue

I myself have a smurf so I can play Teemo all the time :3
I've considered smurfing to simply re-build my League play, because when I hit 30, I rushed ranked. I never really focused on getting better when I was a lower level, just ranked. I'd pick up a few extra things if I was to re-build, tbh.
