"Thanks xD. Fiddle is my main, I made this build when I was a lvl 22 lol. Still a very viable build tho. MAkes fiddle tanky and hard to kill. I'm glad u liked it. Yea, you don't need runes at early lvls to excel with fiddle. But they sure do help. "

"This is a good build. But I feel last whisper is more of a situational item. I would get Infinity edge for more damage and then get Blood thirster and Frozen Mallet. Great build though, I never go negative following this build. I just felt last whisper doesn't give you that "punch" you nee"

"This build seems pretty good with survivability, as Pantheon is very squishy. However, does this gimp his damage? Is he still able to deal out brutal damage with this build? That is something I'd like to know. The only real damage item you have is brutalizer (besides sword of the occult). "
