"Certainly not as good as it once was, but it's still necessary in certain matchups (ex: Leblanc) though it did lose A LOT of its value in terms of sustain. Would probably not recommend it anymore to lower elo players. You will get much more value from Electrocute than Fleet in Silver, "

"In theory, I think the item could be quite good on Akali. Since the buffs it got a couple of patches ago, it has become a very powerful item and I honeslty don't see any downsides to it. Might even beat the Riftmaker build 🧐🧐 I will do some further testing and will see how reliable it is, than"

PS : Katarina is an easy matchup only if your opponent has no idea what they're doing, which is often the case in low elo :) "
