"tehAsian: Armor seals are mentioned as an alternative in the runes section. I personally use armor seals because it saves space in my runebook. Scaling health is typically stronger if you're not getting very close to them and are harassing with Void Spike instead, since you don't take minion aggro.

"a few players over at OGN have been building morellonomicon. froggen tweeted once that it's extremely cost-efficient for the stats it gives and is better than grail if you want super early CDR. it's very very cheap and is excellent for mana-reliant champions that need CDR."

"MaKNooN actually overtook Frost's MadLife in MVP points after these three games. PraY won MVP game 1 but MaKNooN won it games 2 and 3. He's at 1400 right now while MadLife was 1200 after Frost's games against Blaze."

"Depends on the build. If you're going old-school magic pen or REALLY old-school glass cannon AP, go 21/9/0. If you're going for the newer, more popular tanky Katarina that Voyboy popularized (Sunfire, Warmog's, Abyssal), definitely 9/21/0."
