"Shaco has a fragile box route, which is why many people go to his red to disrupt. A good Shaco can, however, flawlessly transition over to blue buff and go back to his red. If they stole his red, he goes to their red, ganks the enemy jungle with boxes, and takes it."

"DEWO did a great job of summing up the best runes.
Movement speed quintessences are useful on some tanks and even some other non-tank characters.
Flat ability power or scaling ability power Glyphs are strong as well."

I do like the anti-shield idea though. The only champ that's got that kind of "increased damage" mechanic is Vlad, and that's an ultimate.
Anyway, your last two skills seem to point more toward a nuker than a ranged carry. The "

"The reason that AP Janna is lackluster is because her skills aren't as oriented toward being an AP carry compared to Anivia or Annie. Everything about Janna points to an excellent support champion, so it's more of a waste to not play her like support."
