"Roam Alistar is becoming much more popular now - but I agree with Androdriverz. Phantom Dancer should NOT be in there. Replace Zeal with a Catalyst and Phantom Dancer with Banshee's and you're good to go."

"By the way, in case you don't know, skills like Ezreal's Mystic Shot that proc on-hit effects do apply Frozen Mallet but do NOT apply Rylai's Crystal Scepter, even though it's a spell.
