"You should change her W to inflict healing reduction at a much higher rate. 5% won't stop the likes of Mundo.
Maybe increase the damage on her Q slightly, and also increase the debuff from that slightly as well.
The ultimate is quite weak. 23 true damage per second really is insubstantial in b"
