Posted a Comment: Mar 4th, 2011 "Jarvan is a pretty mana-hungry champ, and needs survivability as well - why no Banshee's Veil? MR is what you need against any good team, and I believe that BV is a great item to get on Jarvan. I'm also curious as to why you rush Wriggles when you don't jungle."
