"If you want to update her kit it's rather straight forward. (Bad ideas incoming)
Make her AAs apply her slow as her passive; increasing the %slow at certain levels.
Make what used to be "frost shot" an AD steroid that scales with crit chance (kinda like Garen's Judgement).
