"Slowly is an understatement...It was like last year they removed Dodge from Phantom Dancer....It's deff for the best. I mean sure RNGs aren't the worst things in the world, adds a bit of flavor...But when your core mechanic is based around dodge...Doesn't help if the enemy doesn't AA you.
