"My experience against Zileans has been the same. Har har har I time bomb you har har har....They're great dmg supports with Time Bomb and the Haste/Slow ability but they plateu off fairly quickly. It's almost better to go CDR/AP build Zilean. Focus on obtaining 200-300AP max and then max your CDR AS"

"His ulti does AP dmg so does his AoE farm ability.
Hextech IS NOT a pointless choice, it actually makes sense. Cutlass for the damage/LS (even though his passive is good enough) Revolver for the spell vamp and a slight increase to his ulti's dmg. So he's stacking heal on heal Ulti+Spellvamp.

"Q does 50 damage as true damage. +50% of Akira's AD as bonus damage. Maybe that makes more sense. So yes auto swing dmg +50True dmg+ 50 dmg (if he had 100 AD). Does that sound better?
