1) I feel as if exhaust would be better suited on alistar. While you do have flash to close gaps, exhaust is always useful for slowing down an enemy, and I can't count the many times I have been screwed over by an exhaust as an AD/AP carry.

"Um, I cut out the light part and copied it to another layer. Then I used about 5 gradients on it, lol, all at random strengths, but the main filter was "Sepia".

I did a little bit more than what Xiao said, but not much. Just needed to make the light source less... light, and had to make my own vanishing point so that the text perspective was correct.
