But at 250 Flat Damage, you receive 10 Flat Damage from havoc. The math is correct. I have given the option for people to choose whatever mastery set-up they like. I'"

I can't really remember how good it is to use them nowadays, but the utility of mercury's treads will never be surpassed by any other boots, and carries in the meta today choose berserker's greaves over all over boots"
