"Thanks for the comments guys :) Nyoike - I spent like 3 hours last night messing around and following tutorials, so by the end of it, I started to make semi decent things :)

"Rendering is good fun, but I find rendering really eats into the time it takes to make a signature. Having a render ready before creation is really really helpful.
The site Svad linked is extremely good, and I'm loving the quality of renders I'm finding there."

"The problem with my renders are that I cut out what I don't want. And that often means heads, feet, weapons etc etc. They'd be no good to anyone who wanted a render with a connected limb."
