"I like your build, but have you ever considered swapping out the black cleaver for a tiamat? It's pretty fun to siphoning strike a minion and kill a hero with the splash damage :)"

"Very interesting build. I'd suggest moving some of the items around though, seems a bit out of order. For example, I'd never buy Doran's randomly in the middle of the build.
Perhaps:
Doran's Blade > Boots of speed > Madred's Razors > Boots of Swiftness > Wriggle's Lantern >"
